• 4-inch WVGA display -- and a NOVA one which makes it brightest windows phone.
• 1GHz Snapdragon Processor.
• 8GB of internal storage.
• 5 MP rear & VGA front camera.
• connectivity(WI-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0)
• Miracle is also said that it consist of NFC tag-reading capabilities.  

No info is available about how all these Windows Phone 8-era feature was being implemented.
